The Workforce Development Department is able to offer consultancy, advice and guidance to help organisations achieve the prestigious Investor in People Award.

The team will:

·                Raise your organisation’s awareness of the Standard

·                Undertake diagnostic survey work to enable your organisation to compare itself to the Investor’s Standard

·                Help your organisation prepare a detailed action plan aimed at achieving Investor in People recognition

·                Provide a training resource/facilitation role during implementation and preparation for Investor in People Assessment
