The Workforce Development Department is able to offer support is establishing training needs within your organisation by analysing the age distribution across the workforce, new/additional skills requirements and departmental training needs.

Upon completion of this report, a more detailed programme can be finalised outlining individual training requirements along with a suitable supplier.
