Top Team Workshop
The Top Team programme supported business throughout the region from any sector with strategic development, including a full organisational needs analysis and individual training needs analysis for ‘Top Teams’ within the business.
Although giving a full day in the office up to concentrate on strategy development was a significant commitment, clients found huge benefits in communicating with colleagues in a productive way that wasn’t always possible in the normal work environment. Covering issues such as direction, cash, customers and people allowed clients to reduce duplication, focus on key customers and streamline methods of business delivery.
Taking a step back to focus on the business can turn out to be a very profitable use of time, and it is said that £1 spent in the boardroom is worth £100 on the shop floor. More often in turbulent times, businesses are faced with fire fighting scenarios on a regular basis, and rarely find time to think about the strategic positioning of the business. Having an up to date business plan and organisational plan can help business leaders make the right decisions which will impact positively on future growth.
The funding associated with the programme has ended, but the support is still available.
